ST SULPICE I RESIDENCE
St-Sulpice Residence is a study in architectural balance — where historic character meets bold contemporary living. Reimagined by Martha Franco Architecture & Design, this landmark stone home was transformed to embrace both its heritage and a distinctly modern lifestyle.
From the restored façade to the sweeping glass extensions, the residence harmonizes tradition and innovation. The interiors unfold with natural light, sculptural staircases, and seamless transitions between formal and casual spaces. Each detail — from the marble baths and coffered ceilings to the custom steel doors — reflects a dedication to timeless craftsmanship and enduring quality.
The home’s heart lies in its social spaces: a grand kitchen opening to elegant terraces, expansive entertaining areas framed by steel and glass, and serene bedrooms offering privacy and calm. In the lower level, a spa-inspired wellness retreat and cinema bring resort-like comfort to the residence, merging architectural precision with sensory experience.
The landscape, shaped around stone walls and lush greenery, extends the design’s elegance outdoors, blending architecture, light, and nature into a unified vision.
St-Sulpice Residence exemplifies MFA&D’s signature philosophy — crafting homes that are both contemporary and timeless, luxurious yet profoundly livable.
