BRAESIDE RESIDENCE
The Braeside Residence stands as one of Martha Franco Architecture & Design’s most distinguished works—a timeless home where classical architecture and contemporary refinement coexist in perfect harmony. The design preserves the grandeur of its historic envelope while reimagining the interiors with a sense of light, depth, and quiet sophistication.
Every space reflects a dialogue between tradition and innovation: arched thresholds, coffered ceilings, and sculptural lighting define a language of elegance and restraint. Rich wood tones and soft neutrals create a balanced interplay between warmth and formality, while bespoke furnishings and curated art bring an intimate human scale to the architecture.
From the grand dining room to the serene bath suites and inviting outdoor terraces, the residence embodies the MFA&D ethos—elegance achieved through balance, harmony, and narrative. Braeside is more than a renovation; it is a renewed legacy, a home where history and modern living meet with effortless grace.
